Sweet Cherry Pie
Nick and I decided to make a cherry pie together while waiting for The Shield to come on, and while keeping tabs on the Election. Here are some pics. We are dorks!

Trick-or-Treat!
We took Aiden to the Portsmouth Naval Hospital to go Trick-or-Treating. He went as Tigger and had a blast...until he saw the people dressed up with scary masks! We went with one of Nick's co-workers and her daughter, Ally.

Aiden's 2nd Birthday
So since Aiden opened his birthday presents when my parents were in town, we didn't have a party on his actual birthday. We bought him a microwavable chocolate cake things, put a candle in it and sang to him. It may be cheesy, but it's a lot better than cake because Nick and I are the only ones that would eat it (Aiden only eats the frosting), and I don't need any more cake!! Nevertheless, after singing to him, he blew out the candle and said, "I don't want this!" as he pointed to Nick's leftover birthday cake...with lots of frosting...Check out the pictures...Aiden was embarrassed that we were singing to him.

Nick's 25th Birthday
Well, he made it a quarter of a century! We had pork chops and potatoes with veggies for dinner and cake for dessert! I got Nick a music globe that has a couple in it and on the bottom it says, "Its not about who you live with, its about who you can't live without!"
You may think it's cheesy, but I love it!
Aiden also contributed to eating the frosting off the cake!!
