Potty training

Aiden is finally interested in potty training (probably cuz we promised him a big Optimus Prime toy) and its been nice. He only has had a few accidents, and I can't wait until he is fully potty trained because I will only have to buy one size of diapers instead of two!

Excuse me?!

So the other night I made shake'n bake chicken with stuffing and cooked carrots. I cut everything up into small pieces for Aiden to eat and had everyone sit down for dinner. Aiden takes one look at his plate, sighs with both hands on his face and says, "I'm supposed to eat this?" ...from the mouth of babes...

Catch up!

So my mom arrived on the 14th of October and left Nov 1st. I was sad to see her go because I really appreciated all of her help. Anyway, here are some pics of the last couple of weeks.

Carving Pumpkins

We carved pumpkins tonight along with our neighbors, Angie and Mikey. Aiden did not like scooping out the "guts". He painted his pumpkin because him and knives do not mix!

Aiden's 3rd Birthday

Today is Aiden's 3rd Birthday. Since he loves Halloween just as much as Nick, we chose to have a Halloween Birthday party. There isn't much to write about because the pictures are self-explanatory, but I will say that next year, I am doing it at Chuck E Cheese.

Happy 26th Birthday Nick!

Saturday was Nick's 26th birthday. Friday night we went out to dinner just the two of us and on Saturday, we had our neighbors over as well as my mom who is in town. We had tuna casserole per Nick's request and since Nick loves Halloween, Angie (neighbor) made him a jello cake from a brain mold. It was awesome. I am glad we have great neighbors to celebrate with!
